Link your WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official sign-up.

StreamHost connects to WhatsApp through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API). That keeps your number in good standing and lets you message guests at scale.
Before you start
- Admin access to your business's Meta Business account.
- A phone number that can receive a verification code. It must not be registered in the regular WhatsApp app at the same time.
Connect the number
- From the dashboard, open the WhatsApp connection card.
- Follow Meta's sign-up window: choose your business, then add and verify the number.
- Once Meta confirms, new guest messages start appearing in Service.
Templates and the 24-hour window
You can reply freely for 24 hours after a guest's last message. Outside that window — for example a pre-arrival message sent days ahead — WhatsApp requires a template that Meta has approved. Create templates under Settings → WhatsApp Template.
