Connecting your property management system (PMS) keeps Reservations current without manual entry.
What syncs
Live two-way sync is available today with eZee Absolute, Hostaway and Cloudbeds. HostPlatform and IDB are certified partners with joint onboarding. Once connected, new bookings, date changes and cancellations flow in on their own.
After you connect
- Open Reservations and confirm that upcoming stays appear.
- Open Buildings and resolve any units flagged as unassigned.
- Message a test guest to check the conversation links to their booking.
