Set up your properties
Add your buildings and units so bookings and messages have a home.

Everything in StreamHost hangs off your properties, so set them up first.
Add a building
- Open Buildings from the sidebar.
- Select Add Building and give it the name your guests know it by.
- Inside the building, select Add Unit for each room or apartment.
If you manage many units, use Import to bring them in from a spreadsheet instead of typing them one by one.
Units that need attention
When a synced booking doesn't match any listing, StreamHost parks it under an Unassigned placeholder and shows a notice on the Buildings page. Use Move unit to put it in the right building. Until you do, automated messages for that stay may not send.
