Collect guest ID with eKYC

Send the link

1. Go to the Templates page and insert the eKYC Verification Link parameter into a message.
2. Add that template to the building's messaging flow.

When the template sends, the guest can open the link and upload the documents and information you ask for. Once they submit, their info status changes from "Info pending" to "Info received".

Customise the form

Each building has an Identity verification (eKYC) setting. Open it to:

• Tick or untick what guests must provide, for example a selfie, or whether they may upload photos from their gallery. If you untick gallery uploads, guests must take photos with their phone camera.
• Tick Questions of your own to ask anything else.
• Add your house rules, for example no smoking or no durians.

Guests sign to consent before they submit.
