Lesson 6 of 10 · 5 min
Add your team and internal groups
Give each team member their own login and route tasks to the right group.
What you'll learn
- Add a team member with the right access
- Create an internal group for a team such as cleaning or maintenance
Each team member gets their own login, so you can track each person's performance and see which tasks are still pending in each group.
Add a team member
- Go to Settings → Team and Notification → Add team member.
- Choose which buildings they can access.
- If they only handle specific units in a building, set those under Unit Access. Leave it blank to give access to the whole building.
- Select their role.
- Enter their email, username and password.
- They confirm through the email StreamHost sends. Ask them to check spam or junk if it doesn't arrive.
- They can now log in with the username and password you set.
Create an internal group
Use groups for teams such as cleaning or maintenance.
- Open the Internal tab and select +.
- Name the group and choose which task types should notify it.
- Configure the group's other settings.
Team members can then chat in the group, see its pending tasks, and create new tasks for a person or the whole group.
