Send TTLock passcodes automatically
Generate a door passcode for every arriving guest and send it in a template.

Connecting TTLock lets StreamHost generate a digital lock passcode for every checking-in guest.
- On the dashboard, connect your TTLock account.
- Download the Excel file. It lists each of your lock IDs.
- Enter each lock ID on the right unit: Building management → Room Type → Unit → Edit Unit.
- In your check-in template, insert the Main Door Passcode parameter. This is the TTLock passcode.
- Make sure that template is in the building's messaging flow.
When the template sends, StreamHost generates a passcode and puts it in place of the parameter.
