Create your property structure
Set up buildings, room types and units, or import them from Host Platform.

Your property structure is the foundation that the AI chatbot, templates and messaging flow all attach to, so set it up first.
Create it by hand
Select Create Listing, then follow the prompts in order: Building → Room Type → Rooms/Units.
Import from Host Platform
If you use the Host Platform PMS, import everything at once:
- In Host Platform, open the Listings page and download the listing CSV file.
- In StreamHost, open the Building Management tab.
- Select Import and choose the CSV file you downloaded.
StreamHost copies your Host Platform buildings, room types and unit names, so you don't have to create them one by one.
