Link your PMS

Connect real reservations so the whole automation runs on its own.

Link your PMS once your setup is tested and you're ready to go live. This brings in real reservations and guests and starts the full automation.

Host Platform

  1. Email apirequest@hostplatform.com with your company name, and say you want to link StreamHost.
  2. Sign their document and pay the API fee.
  3. When Host Platform replies, forward that email to support@streamhost.app.
  4. Their reply includes an Excel file with the external IDs of your buildings, room types and units in Host Platform.
  5. Enter each external ID in StreamHost (steps below). StreamHost uses these IDs to match your units.
  6. Let us know you're ready, and we'll schedule a time to bring in your reservations.

Where to enter external IDs

Building: go to Building Management, select Edit building, open the last section and enter the building external ID.

Room type: edit the room type, scroll to the bottom and enter its external ID.

Unit: edit the unit and enter its external ID.
