Once a channel is linked (see Connect your channels), set up your account in this order. Each step builds on the one before it.

  1. Property structure: buildings, room types and units. Everything else attaches to these.
  2. AI chatbot for each building. Signed-in operators can follow the chatbot setup lessons.
  3. Message templates.
  4. Messaging flow for each building.
  5. Task management.
  6. Your team and internal groups.
  7. Other integrations: TTLock, deposits and eKYC.
  8. Link your PMS when you're ready to go live.
