Set up task management
Choose which guest issues the AI flags for a human to handle.

The AI can't handle everything. A leaking air conditioner needs a person. Task types decide what the AI flags for your team, and StreamHost sends a notification whenever one is triggered.
When a guest mentions something that needs human attention, such as "the air conditioning is leaking", the AI creates a task on the Tasks page and tags it (for example Maintenance).
Tailor the task types
- Check whether the preset task types match the situations where you really need a person.
- Not relevant to you? Go to Configure Types, delete it, and save.
- Missing something? Go to Configure Types → Add Type and describe it. Any relevant word will do.
